How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?United Kingdom Free shipping for all domestic customers. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Orders weighing over 10kg/wholesale quantities will be subject to additional charges. When ordering large items/quantities we recommend contacting us for details first, but if you have already placed your order we will email you shortly with details of how to proceed. Rest of World Prices will be calculated at the checkout. Please allow 15-20 working days for delivery. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders weighing over 2kg will be subject to additional charges. How do I return an item?If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us first. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Downloadable digital products * Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Book with obvious signs of use * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.craftbiz@gmail.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit P1 Plumridge, Old Station Rd, Ventnor, Isle of Wight, PO381DX, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What colour is Henna?Henna is a natural brown colour. The depth of colour will vary depending upon skin type and application methods.

What is henna?Henna is made from the leaves of the Henna plant (Lawsonia inermis), which are dried and ground into a fine powder.

Is henna tattoo paste the same as henna hair dye?They both come from the same plant but the body art Henna is of a much higher quality.

How long does a henna tattoo last?On average 2-4 weeks but as it's a natural product it may have slight variations due to skin type and where it is on the body.

Can I make my henna tattoo last longer?It can help to use a skin preperation oil (available in our shop) and to moisturise the tattooed area once the design has fully developed.

Do I need to prepare the skin before application?It can help if you exfoliate the day before.

I applied the henna paste, it dried and crumbled off, but my henna tattoo is very light orange, why is this?Don't panic. Henna takes 12-24 hours to develop to its full colour.

Is henna safe to use on children?Yes it is suitable for all ages. As with all cosmetics, please perform a skin test prior to use.

I am pregnant is it safe to have a Henna tattoo?Henna paste is mixed using essential oils, so we would not recommend using our pre-mixed paste during pregnancy.

If I go swimming will my henna tattoo disappear?Most swimming pools contain chlorine, which is bleach, so your design may fade. We suggest covering your henna tattoo with a barrier cream such as petrolium jelly.

If I don't wash will my henna tattoo last for longer?No, but you might start to smell!

Will henna stain my clothes?Yes but only while still wet. Please be very careful when applying and waiting for you henna tattoo to dry.

Does a henna tattoo hurt?No, it's totally pain free and quite relaxing.

Can I re-apply henna over my tattoo as it starts to fade?Yes, Henna tattoos can be applied as many times as you like.

What colour is Jagua?Jagua tattoo gel is a blue/black, real look, temporary tattoo. Depth of colour will vary due to skin type and condition.

Is Jagua Safe?Yes, it's a safe and natural product and has been fully tested and certified. However if you have sensitive skin we recommend that you do a patch test before use and check the ingredients list below. In very rare occasions some people may be naturally allergic to the fruit used in Jagua, in the same way that some people can be allergic to grapes or figs.

Is this PPD, the so-called black henna that is harmful?No, Jagua does not contain black henna or PPD (paraphenylenediamine).

Where does Jagua come from?Jagua is a natural fruit-based (Genipa americana) dye, which comes South America; it has been used by indigenous tribes for many years to adorn their bodies.

How long does a Jagua tattoo last?On average 10-15 days, but as it's a natural product it may vary depending upon skin type and tattoo location.

Do I have to mix up the paste myself?No, it is all done for you; all you have to do is create your tattoo.

I applied the Jagua gel and washed it off after 2 hours, as per instructions, and it has disappeared?Jagua takes time to develop colour, don’t worry this is normal. Leave it for 24-48 hours and wait for the Jagua magic to happen!

How many tattoos will a 5ml tube do?Approximately 10 to 15 small designs.

Once I open the tube will the Jagua go off and stop working?Jagua tubes: for best results, once opened, use within one week. Professional tubs and un-cut tubes: for best results ensure lid is replaced tightly after use to prevent oxidation of the dye. We strongly recommend that you use your Jagua within 2-3 months of purchase You can now freeze Jagua to help prolong the shelf life. We recommend that you: Freeze your Jagua on the day you recieve it. Only freeze it once, do not defrost and re-freeze. Once defrosted use within 1 month. Due to Jagua being a natural product we can not guarantee the longevity of the gel.

Will Jagua stain clothes and furnishings?Yes. Please be very careful when applying Jagua gel and waiting for your tattoo to dry. When you peel away the gel after your tattoo has dried, make sure to place it all in the bin. The dry gel can re-activate and stain if it becomes moist again.
